How billing works

  • Plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Annual plans include a discount (equivalent to 2 months free).
  • Your billing cycle starts on the day you subscribe.
  • You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
  • All project types (websites, media, and web apps) count toward the same workspace.

Changing your plan

  1. Go to Billing in the sidebar.
  2. Click Manage billing.
  3. You will be taken to the Stripe billing portal where you can change your plan, update payment details, and view invoices.

When upgrading, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle. When downgrading, the new rate takes effect at the start of the next cycle.

Cancelling your plan

To cancel, go to Billing in the sidebar and click Manage billing. This opens the Stripe portal where you can cancel your subscription.

Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your workspace loses access to paid features, but your data is preserved.

What happens after a downgrade or cancellation

Your existing data — projects, comments, files, and team members — is not deleted. However, once your subscription ends or you downgrade, you will not be able to exceed the limits of your current plan (for example, inviting new members beyond your plan's seat count or uploading files above the plan's size limits).

Work already in the workspace remains accessible.

Who can manage billing

Only the workspace owner can access billing settings and make subscription changes.

Storage usage

Your storage usage is tracked across all projects in your workspace. You can see your current usage and your plan's storage limit on the Billing page.
