Update your payment method

  1. Go to Billing in the sidebar.
  2. Click Manage Subscription.
  3. You will be taken to the Stripe billing portal.
  4. Update your card details under Payment Method.

Your next invoice will be charged to the updated payment method.

Accepted payment methods

Huddlekit accepts all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Huddlekit never stores your full card details.

View invoices

To view or download past invoices:

  1. Go to Billing in the sidebar.
  2. Click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe portal.
  3. Navigate to Invoice History to view and download PDF invoices.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, Stripe will retry the charge automatically over the following days and send you email notifications. If the payment continues to fail, your subscription may be marked as past due.

To fix a failed payment, update your payment method through the billing portal and the charge will be retried.

Cancel your subscription

  1. Go to Billing in the sidebar.
  2. Click Manage Subscription.
  3. In the Stripe portal, click Cancel Plan.

You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your workspace will revert to the Starter plan with its associated limits.
