How sign-in works
Huddlekit is passwordless. There are two ways to sign in:
Click Continue with Google on the login page. You will be redirected to Google to authorize access, then brought back to Huddlekit automatically.
Email code
Click Continue with email and enter your email address. Huddlekit sends you a 6-digit code. Type it into the sign-in screen and you are in — no password, and nothing to click in the email.
Codes are single-use and expire after about 15 minutes. Requesting a new one immediately invalidates the previous code, so always use the most recent email.
Huddlekit used to email a sign-in link instead of a code. Corporate mail security scans and pre-opens links before they reach the inbox, which used up the link and produced an "expired" error for a link the recipient had never clicked. A code in the message body has nothing to pre-open, so this no longer happens.
Trouble signing in?
The code has not arrived
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure you entered the correct email address.
- Wait a moment — delivery is usually instant but can lag by a minute or two.
- Use Resend code on the sign-in screen. There is a short cooldown between sends, and the new code replaces the old one.
"That code is invalid or expired"
- Make sure you are using the code from the newest email. Requesting a resend cancels every earlier code.
- Check for a typo, and copy only the six digits.
- If more than about 15 minutes have passed, request a fresh code.

First time signing in

Switching sign-in methods
Your account is tied to your email address. If you signed up with Google, you can also sign in with an email code using the same address, and vice versa — it is the same account either way.
Your email address cannot be changed from the account page. To change it, email support@huddlekit.com from the address currently on the account.
