Display name
Your display name appears on comments, replies, and in member lists. You can change it at any time from the account page.
Email address
Your email address is shown but cannot be changed directly. If you signed in with Google, your email is managed by your Google account. Contact support if you need to update your email.
Profile picture
Your profile picture comes from your Google account if you signed in with Google. There is no separate avatar upload in Huddlekit.
Email notification settings
Your account page has three notification toggles that apply globally across all your projects:
- New replies and mentions — receive an email when someone replies to your comment or @mentions you.
- New comments digest — receive a periodic digest of new comments on projects you are part of.
- Product tips and updates — occasional emails from Huddlekit about new features and tips.
All three are enabled by default. These global settings act as a master switch — if you turn one off here, it is off for all projects.
Per-project notification settings
You can also mute notifications for individual projects without changing your global settings. When viewing any project, document, or web app, open the settings dropdown to toggle:
- Replies and mentions for that specific project.
- New comments digest for that specific project.
This lets you stay subscribed to important projects while muting noisy ones.
Account details
The account page also shows read-only information about your account:

- When your account was created
- Your sign-in method (Google or email)
