New: hand feedback to your AI agent over MCP

Turn website feedback into Linear issues

Clients comment on the live site with no account or extension. Each one becomes a Linear issue, with status synced both ways.

From a client's click to Linear and back again

  1. A share link with guests joining one by one, no accounts
    Collect

    Clients comment on the page

Share a link and clients pin feedback on the exact spot. No account or extension needed.

  2. A comment's screenshot beside its captured page, OS, browser, size and selector
    Send

Issues land in the right team

Every new comment becomes a Linear issue with its screenshot, page link and environment.

  3. A list of comments ticked off one by one until everything is resolved
    Sync

    Status syncs both ways

Move the issue in Linear and the comment follows. Change it in Huddlekit and Linear catches up.

Every issue arrives ready to work on with no follow-up questions

Set it up the way your team works per project, per team, per status

  • Route by project

Send each project to its own Linear team, use a default team, or keep a project out.

  • Your own status map

Open, In progress and Resolved map to Linear's states out of the box. Map In review yourself.

  • Canceled isn't resolved

Canceling an issue in Linear never marks the client's comment as resolved.

  • One-way if you prefer

Switch to one-way sync and changes made in Linear stay in Linear.

  • Nightly check

A nightly job repairs any drift. If both sides changed, Huddlekit wins and says so on the issue.

  • Admins in control

Only workspace owners and admins can connect Linear or change where comments go.

Commonly asked questions and some more.

How do I connect Linear to Huddlekit?

A workspace owner or admin opens the workspace's Integrations page, clicks Connect on Linear and approves access in Linear. Then pick a default team, or send each project to a team of its own.

Which comments become Linear issues?

Every new comment on a project that syncs, whether it was left on a website, a web app or an uploaded file. Private comments are included.

What does each Linear issue include?

The title is the comment number and its first line. The description holds the full comment, the project, who reported it, a link to the page, the screenshot, the OS, browser, resolution, viewport, pixel ratio, color depth and network it was left in, and a link back to the comment in Huddlekit.

What stays in Huddlekit?

Replies, edits, priority, tags, assignees and attachments. Status is the only thing that syncs both ways, and the issue description is written once, when the comment arrives. Comments your team adds in Linear stay in Linear.

Which plan do I need?

Team. Linear, like every other integration and the API, is on the Team plan. If the workspace moves off Team, syncing stops until you upgrade again.
