Turn website feedback into Trello cards
Clients comment on the live site with no account or extension. Each one becomes a Trello card, and moving the card between lists updates the comment.
From a client's click to Trello and back again
CollectClients comment on the page
Share a link and clients pin feedback on the exact spot. No account or extension needed.
SendCards land on the right board
Every new comment becomes a Trello card with its screenshot, page link and environment.
SyncLists sync both ways
Move the card to another list and the comment follows. Change it in Huddlekit and the card moves.
Every card arrives ready to work on with the screenshot already attached
Set it up the way your board works list by list
Route by project
Choose a board for each project, use a default board, or keep a project out.
Lists as statuses
Lists named like To Do, Doing and Done are matched out of the box, and you can point any status at any list.
Blocked isn't resolved
A list nobody mapped never changes a comment, and lists like Blocked or Won't do are never picked for Resolved.
One-way if you prefer
Switch to one-way sync and changes made in Trello stay in Trello.
Nightly check
A nightly job repairs statuses that drifted. If both sides changed, Huddlekit wins and notes it on the card.
Admins in control
Only workspace owners and admins can connect Trello or change where comments go.

Commonly asked questions and some more.
How do I connect Trello to Huddlekit?
A workspace owner or admin opens the workspace's Integrations page, clicks Connect on Trello and approves Huddlekit on Atlassian's consent screen. Nothing syncs until you choose a board, so pick a default board, or send each project to a board of its own.
Which comments become Trello cards?
Every new comment on a project that syncs, whether it was left on a website, a web app or an uploaded file. Private comments are included.
What does each Trello card include?
The title is the comment number and its first line. The description holds the full comment, the project, who reported it and where, a link to the screenshot, the OS, browser, viewport and pixel ratio it was left in (plus resolution, color depth and network on websites), and a link back to the comment in Huddlekit. Comments on media files carry the page number or video time instead of a screenshot and browser details. The screenshot is attached to the card as well.
Which list does a new card go to?
The top of the list mapped to the comment's status, which for a new comment is usually Open. If that status has no list, the card goes to Open's list, and if Open has none either, to the leftmost list that isn't named like Done or Won't do.
What stays in Huddlekit?
Replies, edits, priority, tags, assignees and attachments. Status is the only thing that syncs both ways, and the card description is written once, when the comment arrives. Labels, members, due dates and comments your team adds in Trello stay in Trello.
What happens if I disconnect Trello?
No more comments are sent, and the cards Huddlekit created stay in Trello. To finish, remove Huddlekit from the connected apps in your Atlassian account settings. If you connect again later, your boards, status maps and card links come back, so no card is created twice.
Which plan do I need?
Team. Trello, like every other integration and the API, is on the Team plan. If the workspace moves off Team, or a payment is past due, syncing pauses, and comments left in the meantime aren't sent when it resumes, unless their status changes later.
