Invite collaborators

You can invite people to your workspace so they can access all projects within it.

  1. Open the Members page from the sidebar.
  2. Click Invite.
  3. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
  4. Choose a role: Admin or Member.
  5. Send the invitation.

The invited person will receive an email with a link to join your workspace. If they do not already have a Huddlekit account, they will be prompted to create one. Invitations expire after 7 days and can be resent.

Roles and permissions

Huddlekit workspaces have three roles:

  • Owner — the person who created the workspace. Full control over everything including billing and member management.
  • Admin — can create projects, invite and manage members, and update workspace settings.
  • Member — can view projects, leave feedback, and participate in comment threads.

Member limits

The number of members you can have in a workspace depends on your plan. Pending invitations count toward the member limit. Check your current usage on the Members page.

Managing members

To change a member's role or remove them:

  1. Go to the Members page from the sidebar.
  2. Find the member in the list.
  3. Use the menu to change their role or remove them from the workspace.

Changes take effect immediately.

Guests vs. members

Guests are external reviewers who access a project through a share link. They are not workspace members and do not count toward your member limit. Guests can leave feedback on shared projects but cannot access the dashboard or other projects. See sharing projects with guests for more.
