What is Huddlekit?

Huddlekit is a visual feedback and collaboration platform that lets teams annotate websites, images, PDFs, videos, and web applications. Instead of juggling screenshots and chat threads, your team can leave feedback directly on the content being reviewed.

Who is Huddlekit for?

Huddlekit is built for anyone involved in building and reviewing digital work:

  • Web agencies managing client feedback across multiple projects
  • Development teams running QA rounds on live websites and web apps
  • Designers reviewing layouts, typography, and visual details
  • Product managers collecting structured feedback from stakeholders
  • Freelancers getting clear, actionable feedback from clients

Project types

Huddlekit supports three types of projects:

Website projects

Paste any public URL and start reviewing. Huddlekit loads the live site so you can click anywhere to leave feedback and inspect element styles. Best for public websites, landing pages, and marketing sites.

Media projects

Upload images (JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP), PDFs, or videos (MP4, WebM) directly. Annotate specific areas of your designs, documents, or video content.

Web app projects

For sites that require a login or have dynamic content, you can install the Huddlekit widget directly into your application. This lets your team and clients leave feedback on pages that Huddlekit cannot load from the outside, like authenticated dashboards or gated content.

Core capabilities

Pin-based comments

Click anywhere on a page or document to drop a pin and leave a comment. Feedback is anchored to the exact element or position, so there is no confusion about what is being discussed.

Element inspection

Inspect styles, spacing, typography, and colors directly in the browser. See font families, sizes, weights, padding, margins, border radius, and more — no developer tools needed.

Comment tracking

Every comment has a status — Open, In Review, In Progress, or Resolved — and an optional priority level (Critical, Medium, or Low). Track progress on a kanban board or in the comments sidebar.

Guest commenting

Share a link with external reviewers. Guests can leave feedback without creating an account — they just enter their name and optionally an email address.

Public and private comments

Mark comments as public so guests and clients can see them, or keep them private so only your workspace members can view them. This lets your team have internal discussions alongside client-facing feedback.

Embeddable widget

Install the Huddlekit widget on your web app to collect feedback on pages that require a login or show dynamic content. The widget will not interfere with your site's existing styles.
