Managing workspace settings

Your workspace is managed through several pages in the sidebar under the Workspace section:

  • Tasks — kanban board view of all comments across your projects.
  • Members — invite, manage, and remove workspace members.
  • Billing — view your plan, usage, and manage your subscription.
  • Settings — update your workspace name and website URL.

Only workspace Owners and Admins can modify settings and manage members.

Settings

Click Settings in the sidebar to access general workspace settings.

Workspace name

Update the workspace name at any time. It appears in the sidebar and workspace switcher.

Website URL

Optionally add a website URL for your workspace. Huddlekit uses this to fetch your site's favicon, which is then displayed as your workspace logo in the sidebar.

Members

Click Members in the sidebar to manage your team:

  • View all members — see everyone in the workspace with their role and email.
  • Invite new members — send email invitations with a role assignment (Admin or Member).
  • Change roles — promote a Member to Admin or adjust permissions.
  • Remove members — revoke access immediately.

Pending invitations are listed here and count toward your plan's member limit. Invitations expire after 7 days and can be resent.

Billing

Click Billing in the sidebar to manage your subscription:

  • Current plan — see which plan your workspace is on (Starter, Pro, or Team).
  • Usage — view project count, member count, and storage usage against your plan limits.
  • Manage subscription — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel through the Stripe billing portal.
