Sidebar navigation
Your workspace is managed through several pages in the sidebar under the Workspace section:
- Members — invite, manage, and remove workspace members.
- Billing — view your plan, usage, and manage your subscription.
- Settings — update your workspace name and website URL, manage feedback tags, and view workspace details.
Only workspace owners and admins can modify settings and manage members. Only the workspace owner can manage billing.
Settings
Click Settings in the sidebar to access workspace settings, organized into a few tabs.
General
Workspace name — update the workspace name at any time. It appears in the sidebar and workspace switcher.
Website URL — optionally add a website URL for your workspace. Huddlekit uses this to fetch your site's favicon, which is then displayed as your workspace logo in the sidebar.
Tags
Create and manage the feedback tags used to categorize comments across your workspace.
Details
View read-only workspace information, including the workspace ID, your role in the workspace, and the date it was created.
Members
Click Members in the sidebar to manage your team:
- View all members — see everyone in the workspace with their role and email.
- Invite new members — send an email invitation. New members always join as a Member.
- Change roles — promote a Member to Admin, or demote an Admin back to Member.
- Remove members — revoke access immediately.
Pending invitations are listed here and count toward your plan's member limit. Invitations expire after 7 days and can be resent.
Billing
Click Billing in the sidebar to view your subscription:
- Current plan — see which plan your workspace is on (Free, Pro, or Team).
- Usage — view project count, seat (member) count, and storage usage against your plan limits.
- Upgrade plan — change your plan from the in-app plan picker.
- Manage billing — only the workspace owner can open the Stripe billing portal to update payment details, download invoices, or cancel.
